Youth Steer Futurity Calf Sale 2021

The 33rd annual Florida State Fair Youth Steer Futurity Calf Sale was held on Saturday, August 7th at the Fairgrounds. This year, we had 64 exhibitors select a steer to take home and raise. "Since the beginning of the Youth Steer Futurity in 1989, approximately 2000 Youth and more than 136 Cattle Producers from across the entire State of Florida have participated". We want to thank our sponsors:

Purina for providing the Pre-Conditioner Feed, Boehringer-Ingelheim for providing the Eprinex, Zoetis for providing the vaccines, Merck Animal Health for providing the implants, Allflex for Co-Sponsoring the Ear Tags, Mark and Randy Barthle and Rachel Barthle-Butler for their help with all the calves, Dr. Mark Mayo for his Professional Services, and LaVerne Patrick for providing squeeze chute.
